Zesty Velveeta Dip
16 oz Velveeta cut into 1/2" cubes
10 oz rotel
1 lb ground sausage, browned
1 onion, cut into bite-sized chunks
jalapenos to taste
Mix all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl. Cook 1 minute at a time, stir, continue to cook until melted.
