Cheese on the Cob

Cheese on the Cob by a good ol' southern girl Paula Deen
5 ears corn, husks and silk removed
1/2 c mayonnaise
1 c shredded fresh Parmesan
1 t chili powder
1 t salt (or more)
1 t freshly ground blk pepper
1/4 c lime juice (I added this)

Mix all ingredients well and coat on the cob. Wrap each in foil and place on the grill for 10 min, turning occasionally.
