Cheesy Rosemary Turkey Bake
6 c chopped, cooked turkey (or chicken)
3/4 c mayonnaise
1/4 c slivered almonds
1 t dried rosemary leaves, crushed
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1 medium onion chopped (1/2 c)
2 T lemon juice
1/2 t salt
1/2 t pepper
6 stalks celery sliced 1/2"
1. Heat oven to 350. Grease 9x13 (3 qt) baking dish. Stir together all ingredients except 1/2 c cheese.
2. Spoon into baking dish. Cover, bake 45-55 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Continue baking until cheese is melted.
