Pumpkin Pie Crunch


Pumpkin Pie Crunch oh so yummy
1 box yellow cake mix (I've used white)
1 can pumpkin
12 oz evaporated milk
3 eggs
1 1/2 c sugar
4 t pumpkin pie spice
1/2 t salt
1 to 1 1/2 c butter, melted
whipped topping (opt)
1 c pecans (opt)

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Combine pumpkin through salt in a mixing bowl.
3. Spray 13x9 glass dish and pour combined ingredients in.
4. Sprinkle dry cake mix over the top. Drizzle butter over the top.
5. Bake 50-55 minutes until golden. They are great warm!
