Mrs. Salter's Peanut Butter Pie by Paula Deen
1 1/2 c heavy whipping cream
1/4 c sugar
8 oz cream cheese
1 c crunchy peanut butter
1 c powdered sugar
1 graham cracker crust
1. Whip cream with 1/4 c sugar. Mix all other ingredients until smooth and fold in whipped cream until blended.
2. Pour into crust and chill for several hours.
