¼ c ketchup
2 T apple cider vinegar
1 ½ T packed brown sugar
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 ½ t smoked paprika
1 ½ t ground cumin
¾ t salt
¼ t black pepper
6 5-oz skinless boneless chicken breast cutlets
1. Spray grill rack with nonstick spray. Preheat grill to medium.
2. To make glaze, stir together ketchup through garlic in a small bowl.
3. To make spice rub, mix together paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper in another small bowl. Rub spice mixture all over chicken.
4. Place chicken on grill rack and grill, turning often, until cooked through, about 10 minutes. Brush chicken on both sides with glaze and grill 1 minute longer.
