Hello! Might this be the type of cookie that is very fragile and seems to melt in your mouth? I had a cookie from a box mix called a peppermint snap and it seriously was the best thing ever! But, now I want to have the cookie again, but do not have any more of the box mix and would like to be able to make it on my own. Could you please describe the look/texture of your cookie? Thanks a bunch!

I tried to reply to your comment directly but could not gain access to your blog.

To be honest, I made these cookies a very long time ago. I have just now been able to go back and enter all of my favorite recipes.

To answer your question, I don't remember the texture. This was a mix that had the recipe and a cookie cutter attached. Hope that helps.
