– 3 Tortilla Ole Xtreme Wellness Spinach and Herbs Tortilla Wrap (3 SP)
– 8 tbsp Kroger Cream Cheese, Fat Free (3 SP)
– 21 slice(s) 65% Less Fat Turkey Pepperoni (3 SP)
– ½ cup(s) Kraft Natural Cheese Fat Free Shredded Mozzarella (1 SP) Instructions
1. Divide and spread the cream cheese evenly over three tortillas, covering the whole tortillas.
2. Layer 7 turkey pepperoni on each, covering only half the tortillas.
3. Sprinkle the mozzarella on top of the pepperoni, again only on half of each tortilla.
4. Fold the tortillas in half, pocketing the pepperoni and mozzarella.
5. Cut in half for easy handling or storage. Notes
To make the cream cheese easier to spread, leave out to soften or remove from the packaging and microwave it in 10 second increments until soft enough to spread.
For storage, I put two halves each in zipping sandwich bags, then put all three sandwich bags in a labeled quart size bag. It helps keep them together, easy to identify what kind they are and makes it easier to stack them in the fridge.
