Spinach Chicken Feta Wrap

 (4 SP) 3 servings                                                                                                               
– 3 Tortilla Ole Xtreme Wellness Tomato Basil Tortilla Wrap (3 SP)
– 8 tbsp Kroger Cream Cheese, Fat Free (3 SP)
– 3 oz Cooked Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast (2 SP)
– 2 oz President Feta Crumbles (5 SP)
– 1/2 cup fresh spinach (0 SP)                                                                                                                                            
  1. Very finely chop the chicken, spinach and feta crumbles, and place in a mixing bowl.
2. Add the cream cheese, and mix thoroughly.
3. Spread the mixture evenly between the three tortillas.
4. Fold the tortillas in half, pocketing the mixture.
5. Cut in half for easy handling or storage.Notes

To make the cream cheese easier to spread, leave out to soften or remove from the packaging and microwave it in 10 second increments until soft enough to spread.

For storage, I put two halves each in zipping sandwich bags, then put all three sandwich bags in a labeled quart size bag. It helps keep them together, easy to identify what kind they are and makes it easier to stack them in the fridge.
