2 Bananas (ripe ones work best)
• 2 Eggs
• A dash of cinnamon (optional)
• A dash of salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
• Mash bananas in a bowl with a fork
• Whisk together the eggs in a separate bowl
• Mix both together with the salt and cinnamon
• Pour into a bowl and cook in the microwave for 3 minutes
• Use a knife to check for doneness. Cook another minute if necessary
• Add sliced fruit on top
