WW Maple-Lemon Fruit Parfaits with Yogurt

  4 servings 3 Sp                                                                         
2 c diced pineapple       
                                                                                                 
1 lg mango, peeled, pitted, cubed                                                                                                                                
1 sm banana cubed                                                                                                                                                             
1 t grated lemon zest                                                                                                                                                         
1 T lemon juice                                                                                                                                                                  
2 c plain low-fat GREEK yogurt                                                                                                                                           
4 T low-fat granola                                                                                                                                                                     
1. Stir pineapple, mango, banana, lemon zest, and lemon juice together in medium bowl. Combine yogurt and maple syrup in another medium bowl.                                                                             
2 Spoon 1/4 c yogurt into each of 4 parfait glasses. Top each with 1/2 c fruit mixture. Repeat once. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 12 hours. Sprinkle with granola before serving.
