WW Grilled Chicken with Indian Spices

4 scallions, sliced, + additional for garnish
½ c packed fresh cilantro leaves
4 garlic cloves, peeled
Grated zest and juice of 1 lime
4 t olive oil
2 t ground cumin
1 t paprika
1 t grated, peeled ginger
4 5oz skinless boneless chicken breast cutlets
½ t salt
¼ t black pepper
Lime wedges
1. Spray grill rack with nonstick spray. Preheat grill to med or prepare med fire.
2. Combine 4 scallions, cilantro, garlic, lime zest, and juice, oil, cumin, paprika, and ginger in mini food processor and process until coarse paste forms. Rub paste all over chicken. Let stand 10 minutes.
3. Place chicken on grill rack and grill, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through, about 10 minutes. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. Arrange on platter and garnish with remaining scallions and lime wedges.
