Weight Watchers 0 point pancakes

                                                                                               
 2 egg whites
1 banana - well mashed
optional -
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp cinnamon                                                                                                                                                             
1. place ingredients in a blender jar, and blend until smooth
2. cook on a griddle preheated to medium
3. cook until bubbles form on the surface (about 2 1/2 - 3 minutes), flip and cook until the egg is fully cooked and the bottoms are golden (about 2 minutes)
    *************serve with 1 Tbsp of peanut butter (3 points) and fresh berries
