about 30 oz pretzels
12 oz Orville Redenbacher's Butter Flavored Popcorn Oil
3 tbsp powdered ranch salad dressing mix (1 oz packet)
1 tsp garlic powder (can be made without)
1 tsp cajun seasoning not enough 12/2016
¼ cup grated Parmesan
Stephanie's Instructions:
Pour the oil and seasonings in a large, 15 cup sealable bowl and mix/whisk well.
Add the pretzels and stir if there's room.
Put the top on and make sure it is sealed tightly.
Roll and turn the bowl until all pretzels are coated.
Continue to turn/roll every 15 minutes until the oil is absorbed.
{Note: I used a gallon-sized bag once, but could not close it with all the pretzels}
ORIGINAL INSTRUCTIONS: Put the pretzels into a roasting pan.
Whisk together the oil, powdered ranch, garlic powder, and cajun seasoning.
Pour the mixture over the pretzels in the roasting pan and stir to coat.
Sprinkle with grated parmesan and stir to coat.
Stir the pretzels every 15 minutes for three hours, or until the oil is absorbed. (No need to turn the oven on!)
