CP (Make ahead and freeze) 4-Bean Chili
1 lb. ground turkey
1 large onion, chopped
2 green bell peppers, chopped
6 oz. can tomato paste
12 oz. can chili beans, undrained
12 oz. can black beans, undrained
12 oz. can pinto beans, undrained
12 oz. can kidney beans, undrained
12 oz. can diced tomatoes, undrained
2 tbsp. chili powder
Brown ground turkey in nonstick skillet. Drain off excess liquid. Combine browned ground turkey, onion, green bell peppers, and tomato paste in slow cooker. Add chili powder, beans, and tomatoes. Mix to combine all ingredients. Place in a ziplock bag and freeze. When ready to cook, add to slow cooker and cook on low for 7 hours. Serve with desired toppings.
